NOVELTY!
Paloznak: Mágustanya (7 km)
Great program for families with children.
(Archery range, place reminiscent of ancient roots, yurt café – next to the bike path, near road 71. It is just a few minutes bike ride from Yacht Camping.)

Balatonfűzfő: Bobsleigh track and Serpa Adventure Park (7 km)
Race – movement – challenges: An all-day program for the family.

Veszprém: A town of history and culture (15 km)
Renowned museums, the Fire Tower, the monuments of King St. Stephen and Queen Gizella, the medieval castle quarter and the beautifully located zoo: the Veszprém Zoo.

Balatonfüred with the reformed downtown (13 km)
Rebuilt in the spirit of the Reformation, the city center offers excellent walking opportunities, even in cloudy weather. Built as a continuation of Tagore Promenade, the Silver Resort offers not only shopping, but also specialties such as the cozy Karolina Café. For connoisseurs, the Bergmann Confectionery offers uniquely delicious sweets experiences.

Veszprémfajsz:  Villa Romana Baláca (17 km)
In Balácapuszta, near Nemesvámos, an intact Roman villa awaits us with a rich exhibition. We can experience a real ancient atmosphere by walking through the huge building and the remains of the building unearthed around it. In this place, children can also experience the atmosphere of the old empire.

Tihany – Levendula visitor house (22 km)
This building hides one of the most exciting attractions in Tihany. Visitors are welcome to: Demonstration film – interactive information tools – Tihany Botanical Garden. You can get to know the origin of Tihany, its plants and animals, as well as the sights of the beautiful peninsula. An excellent program for children as well.

Tihany – Babamúzeum (22 km)
The figures in the doll collection, compiled from four decades of collection, are dressed in original clothes. There are also period games and original full kitchen, living room, bedroom and shop fittings.

Tihany – Family Leisure Park (22 km)
Here, both young and old of the family will find their own entertainment. In addition to the boom swing and rope slide, there are many games for children in the playground. Parents and grandparents can test their skills on the bowling alley and mini golf course. There is also an excellent kitchen in a cozy cellar on Lake Balaton within the playground.

Herend: Porcelánium (28 km)
In the popular visitor center, you can not only see the largest Herend collection in the world, but also see the specialties of the famous Herend porcelain.

Kinizsi Pál Castle Museum, Nagyvázsony (34 km)
Kinizsi struggled from a simple miller to become Matthias’ southern chief captain. The castle of Vázsony was donated to Kinizsi by King Matthias for his bravery. Here you can see Kinizsi’s marble sarcophagus, the Historic Panopticon with 16 life-size wax figures. A special feature is the “Military Exhibition”: a historical life picture of 3,200 pieces from the conquest to the present day.

Sobri Jóska Adventure and Experience Park Kislőd (43 km)
Experience elements: Light rail, adventure castle, trampoline, go-karts, climbing wall, raft, MEGAZIPLINE, water ball, water obstacle courses, Water Raider, 3D hoop. An experience for all ages!

Salföld: National Park Majorság (49 km)
Demonstration of native animals – Horse-drawn carriage ride – Demonstration of agricultural implements – Horseback riding – Herb garden: All-day program.

Tapolca  (55 km)
Boating in the Spring Cave is a unique experience. (It is worth buying a ticket in advance on the Internet.) After visiting the cave, it is worth taking a walk around the picturesque Malom Lake, where you can also see the largest swarm of goldfish in the Lake Balaton area.

Balatonederics Africa Museum (66 km)
The exhibition of the collection of the legendary hunter Dr. Endre Nagy can be seen here in a castle. Real African atmosphere with trophies and zoo. Good family program opportunity.

Sümegi Castle Museum (71 km)
Already in the time of Chief Koppány, a fortress stood on this peculiar limestone hill. Now you can see a real medieval castle here, where – in the framework of colorful programs – you can also get a glimpse into the atmosphere of the life of the valiant warriors.

Keszthely: (78 km):
Festetics Castle – Georgikon Major Museum (with interesting agricultural machines) Bacchus Wine Museum and Restaurant: Presentation of the 22 Hungarian wine regions: 800 tools for viticulture and wine culture (2-300 years old tools). Glass tile covered, 62 thousand liters, wine tanks converted into exhibition halls. Wines with excellent taste – with delicious food to match them!

István Fekete memorial room and Matula hut – at Kis-Balaton (85 km)
The Matula hut, known from Tüskevár, is located on Diás Island in Kis-Balaton. Only one group can go to visit every day: from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am, from the Fenékpuszta Small-Balaton Research House.
